Learning

Learning can be defined in many ways. Depending on the perspective, learning can be (a) the unintentional adaptation to the environment with behavioural change (behaviourist perspective), (b) the purposeful adoption of concepts and diverse skills (cognitive perspective), or (c) the change of cultural, operating practices occurring in interaction (sociocultural perspective; Lehtinen, Vauras & Lerkkanen, 2016, 87—88).
